I had a great first visit at the dental spa today, in Bala Cynwyd, with Dr. Nick Patel. The office was very clean and inviting, everyone was nice and eager to help, even when I had a tiny hiccup with my insurance info. Then, when Dr. Patel came in for my consult, he was kind and professional, he intently listened to my history and the concerns I was having; he, then, did a thorough assessment of my teeth, made suggestions about what course of action I might take, and, when I asked his professional opinion about having cosmetic restoration, he was fully transparent with his response. I’m really glad I found this office and look forward to using their services!

I had an issue with the bone in my mouth and was worried it was a growth. The staff got me right in and Dr. A examined me and assured me it was natural and there was nothing to worry about. Top-notch service and a clean and beautiful practice in Bala Cynwyd.

I had a very good experience with the Dental Spa. Dr. Alexander is an amazing doctor, he is very gentle and his chairside manner was superb. The entire team really looks out for their patients. The front desk was welcoming and I was even pleased with how they had realized ahead of time that my insurance was no longer valid and knew to ask for a new insurance when I showed up. The place was clean and definitely felt like a spa.

Dr. Alexander was hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had. I got some fairly extensive work done - requiring many hours in the chair - and he couldn’t have been more kind and professional. He did an excellent job and I would recommend him over and over again.

Anita Zager is the most personable and proffessional Doctor I have met ever. I hadn't been to a dentist in years, and was quite nervous. Dr. Zager made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to set up an appointment. Her knowledge and advice helps you to understand what is actually happening not only inside your mouth, but also what is happening with your bone structure and jaw. She checked my TMJ joint, Thyroid, cancer lesions on my neck, throat. Checked for signs of sleep apnea and nighttime grinding, the placement and spacing of my teeth and so much more. I gained so much information from 1 visit and would reccomend her to anyone looking for any dental work, concern or condition.

I went to see Dr. Boules at the Dental Spa after not seeing any dentist for a few years. The office is extremely clean, the staff was so kind and answered all questions I had about insurance coverage, and scheduling future appointments was a breeze. The paraffin hand treatment was such a nice surprise as well! I had to have some old fillings replaced over 2 different appointments, and Dr. Boules made me feel SO comfortable. I was a little nervous going in, and he explained the entire procedure before starting and then continued to explain each step as we went. He was so gentle and made me feel so at ease. He was very concerned with my comfort throughout the entire procedure, which I appreciated. When I went back for the second visit, I let him know that my jaw had been a little sore for a few days after the first visit. Dr. Boules took the time to show me some simple range of motion exercises and suggested a few other methods to prevent soreness, and I had almost NO soreness the very next day! I was shocked at the difference. It was so kind of him to take the time to educate me and make sure I understood how to do the exercises properly. Throughout both procedures, he was very friendly and personable. He and the rest of the staff all made me feel like I was seeing friends or family and not like I was a stranger meeting them all for the first or second time. I will actually look forward to going to the dentist now, as long as it's Dr. Boules at the Dental Spa!

Dr. Anita Zager, the most personable, genuine, and professional dentist you'll find in the Main Line area. I normally don't write reviews. In fact, this is my first one. Just like I took the time to write a review, Dr. Zager will do the same to ease your anxieties and answer every single one of your questions. She is highly knowledgeable and shares her wealth of knowledge. You're not just sitting in the dental office in silence for an hour. She takes a genuine interest to your dental health and thinks about the patient's wellbeing. Looking for a new dentist or just wanna meet one? Choose Dr. Zager! I highly recommend her.

Re: Dr. Anita Zager I've been a patient of Dr. Anita Zager for almost 34 years. Dr. Zager is not only an excellent dentist but she's as down to earth, easy going and as pleasant and (sincerely) friendly as you can be. It's like going to a family member for your dental needs. The combination is unbeatable. My dental needs over the last three plus decades have been anything but routine and Anita has handled all of them with her "perfectionist" style. I've had opportunities (based on my particular dental insurance) to switch to a dentist where I would pay less out of pocket but have chosen to stay where I am. Besides her expertise in dentistry, Dr. Zager has a sound basic knowledge and understanding in so many medical areas and in my opinion this is vital since "good oral health" is not unrelated to "good overall health". Dr. Zager has recently done a sleep study on me which provided me with a "sleep guard" which helps ensure that my breathing doesn't stop during the night. This is obviously critical but much more so for someone like myself with heart health issues. You won't be disappointed when you choose Dr. Zager.

Dentist and entire staff are very professional and welcoming. The clinic is very clean. I have been there a couple of times for a regular cleaning and a filling and have been very pleased with the clinic. Dr Melman, Dr. Stevens, and ALL staff are outstanding! The quality of dental services provided is excellent, and the staff genuinely cares about the patients problems and finds ways to try and solve them. Please do not concern your self too much with size of parking lot and office, because this dental practice serves a variety of types of patients (including those who are poor and have little or no access to dental care without a practice such as this!

Dr. J took care of my father who lives in a nursing home and went to this office. He was so gentle and kind. The nurse that assisted him was also very sweet and caring. The entire staff was courteous and I highly recommend them. I was pleasantly surprised at how everyone treated my father who has dementia.
